Conditions and Privacy

Wenshapp requires and is thus accepted by the user at the time of registration, that the minimum age required to use the Wenshapp application under applicable law is 14 years old or the minimum age required to use the application without the approval of the representatives of the minor at the country where the user resides.

Additionally, if the user is not old enough to accept the terms and conditions for the use of Wenshapp in their country, the parents, guardian or legal representative of the minor must accept the terms and conditions for the use of Wenshapp on his or her behalf.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions for the use of Wenshapp, the user agrees to download and install updates of the services provided by the application, even automatically, for as long as they use the application. Updates are very important as they allow you to correct errors and add better functionalities to Wenshapp.

The user is responsible for the costs of the data plan of his mobile phone operator and the data consumed by the application.

Wenshapp may charge for its services or some of its services, including applicable taxes. However, any information related to this regard would be duly and timely communicated to the user.

The Wenshapp user must use the application in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for the use of Wenshapp. In case of your account being disabled or blocked due to a violation of our conditions, the user will not be able to create another account without permission from Wenshapp.

Important:The platform Wenshapp and the different services offered must be used only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. The user should not use or help others use Wenshapp in ways that:

• Violate, misappropriate or infringe the rights of Wenshapp, its users or others, including the rights of privacy, publicity, intellectual property or authorship or other proprietary rights.

• Are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, aggressive, racially or ethnically offensive, or that promote or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including the promotion of violent crime.

• Involve the publication of false information, misstatements or misleading statements.

• Impersonate someone else.

• Involve the sending of illegal or inadmissible communications, such as massive messaging, automated messaging, automatic dialing and similar methods.

• Involve any other non-personal use of the services, unless otherwise authorized by Wenshapp.

• Disseminate, distribute or manipulate obscene, pornographic, military, or violent content, among others.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions for the use of Wenshapp, the user agrees that he or she should not (nor should he or she help others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare works that result from the services of the Wenshapp application, or distribute, license, sub-license, transfer, display, execute or otherwise exploit the Wenshapp services in unacceptable or unauthorized ways, or in ways that may affect, harm or damage us, the Wenshapp application, its services, its systems, its users, or other third parties.

Nor should you directly or through automated means:

• Apply reverse engineering, alter, modify, create derivative works, decompile or extract code from the Wenshapp services

• Send, store or transmit a virus or other harmful computer code within or through Wenshapp services

• Obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Wenshapp's services or its system

• Disrupt or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Wenshapp services

• Create accounts for Wenshapp services through automated or unauthorized means

• Collect information about users in any unacceptable or unauthorized way

• Sell, resell, rent or charge for Wenshapp services

• Distribute or make available Wenshapp services on a network where they could be used on several devices at the same time.

Wenshapp uses telephone numbers and emails as means of registering and identifying its users.

Once the user has successfully registered, Wenshapp offers the possibility of communicating and exchanging information by text messaging, photos, videos, documents, voice messages, calls, as well as by its social network of moments. For this reason, Wenshapp will ask for permission to use the camera (s), microphone, and location of your mobile phone.

For its security and privacy, Wenshapp does not make use of the mobile's contact directory; the contact network is gradually being fed as the user includes his or her contacts.
